"We have had our home and car insurance with Julie Moe's office for the last 11 years. Every time I work with them, I am shocked at how 'well oiled' their office is. They know their business in and out and desire to provide the best experience for their clients. As an example of their great customer service, I recently texted a question about our roadside assistance towing coverage. I got an answer within 15m with the answer I was looking for, additional information I would have asked for next, as well as a followup email with my insurance card in case I needed it. No back and forth, just exactly what I needed the first time. This has been similar to every encounter I've had with this office and I greatly appreciate their hard work there."

"Kaycee helped me a ton. I was involved in a hit and run of a rental car in another state. The rental company wanted to charge me ~$2700, which is the opposite of what I was told. Kaycee got to the bottom of it and saved me all except my deductible. Great experience, glad to be with State Farm."

"10/21/2024 Response to Business Response You profit directly from raising my insurance. Frequently. No insurance company I've ever been with has done this... $10 a year for years. You even remarked once to me on the phone... how 'low' my insurance was before this started happening... licking your chops I'm sure. Don't act like these frequent and regular, sneaky hikes, yearly, do not benefit you. They do. Your office girl lied to me on the phone and told me in 'no way' do you guys profit from raising my Premium constantly. She also has screwed up paperwork between your office and IQ Credit Union 3 times in a row, to the point where I had to get involved multiple times to make sure things got sent properly. She also has a very uninterested, careless tone, whenever I've called. Train her in Customer Service. I finally lit a match, you backed out. Now you get nothing. Good job. That's what excessive greed earns. I actually went back to an older company and I rebuilt my plan and it's BACK DOWN to what I was originally paying around $50, Full Coverage. Oh my God... call the police... they are ignoring the rules of inflation! I'm totally ripping them off... And NO, you didn't send me frequent emails or call me. Communication over the past decade has been incredibly sparse and I've always initiated it. That incredible inflation... always by about $10 every year. All the excuses are always the same too with Insurance Companies... just any excuse will do and the more foggy or generalized the better. Thank you State Farm, for 10 years of service, and helping me switch back to a better company. ORIGINAL POST: My insurance goes up $10 a year every year. She has doubled my Premium in a handful of years to make profits off of me. I have a perfect driving record. I'm a low-wage earning, Special Education Support Teacher working on a Masters Degree and I spent decades of my life earning a $51 policy with a perfect driving record. She has continuously raised my rates to make more and more money off of me like a pattern now... in a handful of years I am now paying double. No one around me has had their Insurance raised in 5 or more years... I'm the only one of nearly 20 people at my work and at home I've talked to. Corrupt and predatory. Parasitical and corrupt. $51 to $63... $73... $83... $93... Every year. Every single year. Thank God I was born a different type of human being in life. I would never sit around and do this to honest people. I couldn't even imagine it. She financially benefits and gains from gouging what little I make doing a difficult and meaningful job in life."
